Current-season SMRNFIT items are eligible for exchange within 15 calendar days of the purchase date (not the delivery date), provided the item is unworn, unwashed, shows no signs of use, has tags attached, and is in its original packaging.
Final Sale / clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
Dirty items or items showing signs of use will be refused, regardless of how far inside the 15-day window the request falls.
