Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. 

Q: Can I use a discount code at checkout?

Yes! Enter your code in the discount field at checkout. Only one code can be applied per order. First-time customers can use code FIRST20 for 20% off., or any applicable or available at checkout.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly! Please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes after that window.

SHIPPING

Q: Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Free standard shipping on all US orders over $115. 

Q: How long does shipping take?

Standard US: 5–8 business days | Expedited US: 2–3 business days | International: 10–20 business days 

Q: Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. 

Q: How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your package in real time.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Q: What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 15 calendar days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached. Sale items are final sale.

Q: How do I start a return?

Email us at smrnfit@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions. 

Q: Can I exchange for a different size?

Absolutely. We know fit matters. Contact us and we will do our best to get you the right size. 

Q: How long does a refund take?

Once we receive your return, allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.

PRODUCTS & FIT

Q: How do your sets fit?

Our sets are designed with a true-to-size compressive fit. Check our Size Guide before ordering. Between sizes? Size up for comfort, down for more compression. 

Q: Do you restock sold-out items?

We drop limited capsule collections, so not all styles are restocked. Sign up for our email list to be first to know about restocks and new drops.
